The Tennessee Land Title Association (TLTA) is the trade association of the title insurance industry in the State of Tennessee. TLTA gathers information regarding the industry for the use and benefit of TLTA members. The Tennessee Land Title Times, TLTA's quarterly newsletter, contains information and articles geared specifically for the land title industry. In addition, TLTA offers many educational opportunities through the annual Hot Topics in Real Estate seminar co-sponsored with the Tennessee Bar Association, annual title schools, and programming during the annual convention.
