Responsibility

TNLTA exists to advance and protect the Tennessee land title industry. We take that responsibility seriously and are committed to serving the best interests of our members and the consumers they represent.

Association

The Association exists to serve Tennessee's land title industry through legislative advocacy, education, communication, and the development of industry standards and best practices, with guidance from statewide committees of title agents and underwriters.

Legislative Committee

Our Legislative Committee develops the Association's legislative priorities, advocates for policies that strengthen Tennessee's land title industry, supports legislation that benefits consumers and our members, and reviews, opposes, or recommends changes to proposed legislation that may adversely affect the industry.

Education Committee

Education is a core part of the Association's mission. Through conferences, seminars, and continuing education programs held throughout the year, our Education Committee provides timely, practical instruction that supports professional development and helps members stay current with changes affecting the land title industry. Many programs qualify for CLE and CE credit.
