FREE Webinar – Stories from the Front Line: What You Need to Know about ALTA Best Practices

PYA and
the
Tennessee Land Title Association (TNLTA) have teamed up to provide a complimentary one-hour CLE/CE webinar for
TNLTA members.  The webinar will take place June 9, 2015, at 12 p.m. EDT.

As part of a panel discussion, a Tennessee attorney who has completed the Best
Practices Certification process will share his personal experience with
obtaining certification.  He will provide practical insight into how his
firm prepared, what took place during the assessment process, and most
importantly, how he has been able to expand his business with lenders after
receiving Best Practices Certification.

The panelists will also address many other questions that title agents
routinely ask including:

  • What costs are associated with compliance?
  • What does a certification assessment cost?
  • What are lender expectations and will certification
    meet those expectations?
  • What are the benefits of securing certification that
will help me grow my business?

Panel members will include PYA Director of ALTA Best Practices
Services Group
Matthew Rekers, PYA Managing Principal of Audit and
Assurance Services
Mike Shamblin, PYA Title Industry Services Director Eugene McCullough, and Tennessee attorney Rick Beeson of Brandt & Beeson.

Be sure to register today, as space is limited! Registration information can be
