Joseph “Joe” Kirkland is an attorney and Senior Escrow Officer at CloseTrak, Closing & Title Services, a full service provider of closing services, title services and escrow services in the greater Memphis, Shelby County and west Tennessee area.
Formerly with Tri-State Title and Escrow, he was also a partner in the Memphis law firm of Kirkland, Rothman-Branning & Associates, PLLC, where his primary area of practice is real estate, including residential and commercial real estate closings and title work for 15 years.
Mr. Kirkland is a former underwriting counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company in Memphis. He received his B.S. degree from East Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from Memphis State University.
He is a past President of the Real Estate Industry Trade Association (1994) and is currently a member of the Board of Directors (2013-2019) and the President of the Memphis Investors Group, Inc. (2016,2017 and 2019).
Mr. Kirkland is a member of the Memphis (Chair, Real Estate Section, 1992, 2016) and currently on the MBA Board of Directors, and Tennessee (Chair, Real Estate Section, 2003-04, Vice-Chair 2016-17, Chair 2017-18) bar associations. He is President-Elect for 2020-21 and Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Tennessee Land Title Association (2016-2020) and a Member of the Board of Directors (2018-19).
He has been a frequent lecturer to attorneys, paralegals and the real estate industry for many years.

Nancy G. Pratt is the Vice President of Partner Relations and Government Affairs for Pavaso. She provides team leadership in attaining company goals, and manages the strategic relationships for the growth of the company. She is responsible in maintaining the relationships at Federal and State level, understanding key regulatory issues and laws that pertain to the operations of Pavaso. She is involved with Sales Support and strategy of the promotion and development of the Digital Mortgage Solutions throughout the Title agent network and lender segment of the industry. Nancy has over 14 years of experience in the eMortgage/eClosing space, which played a key role in leading the go-to-market and implementation strategies for Pavaso's two CFPB pilots. Nancy has been in the mortgage/title industry for over 35 years and highlights of her career include industry milestones of performing the first complete eMortgage with lenders and conducting the first ever FHA and VA eClosings. Nancy has been invited to speak at various Industry Conventions as an eClosing/eMortgage subject expert. She is a member of the ALTA Government Affairs, Public Relations, State Regulatory Action and Technology Committee, ALTA Remote online Notary Taskforce and has been an ALTA Springboard facilitator in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She is the Co-chair of the MBA MISMO eMortgage Group and was elected to the MISMO Board of Governance Technology Committee for the past 4 years. She serves on the NC Electronic Mortgage Closing Advisory Committee and has for the past several years. She is also member of MBA’s Residential Technology Committee. Nancy is also a member of PRIA, MBA, MISMO, ESRA, RESPRO, NASS/NPA and has served on the eMortgage FNMA Innovation Team. Nancy was named as a Leading Lady in the Mortgage Industry by The MReport in 2015. In 2016, she was a recipient of the 2016 MBA Tech All Star Award and was named as an Elite Women in Mortgage by Mortgage Professional America and was named one of Housing Wire’s Women of Influence in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
