EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION 2013 ANNUAL CONVENTION

 2013 ANNUAL MEETING & CONVENTION

WELCOME EXHIBITORS

The Tennessee Land Title Association is celebrating its 2013 Annual Meeting & Convention  at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Convention is where title insurance companies, abstracters, and title agents come together to network and build relationships with colleagues; to participate in an accredited educational program; to determine the TNLTA’s legislative and regulatory initiatives; and to focus on best practices, business development, and technology trends. Attendees look to the Annual Convention Exhibitors for products, services and technology solutions that are essential to their business operations.   In most cases, the TNLTA Convention is attended by the decision makers in their respective companies.

Exhibiting at TNLTA's Annual Convention will maximize your exposure to the title industry and position your organization as a supporter of your customers' industry, extend your reach to title professionals statewide, add new business prospects and renew acquaintances with old friends.

A wide variety of exhibitor/sponsorship levels are being offered so that you can decide just how big a part you want to play in the Convention.  You will be provided space to exhibit, the opportunity to meet individually with registrants during our program, and registration to all regularly scheduled events for one representative from your company.

WE’RE TRYING SOMETHING NEW!!!  In the past, Exhibitors have generously donated door prizes for the attendees.  This year, in order to encourage greater attendee participation, we will be playing TNLTA Bingo.   Each vendor will have a square on a TNLTA Bingo card.  Attendees will need to visit each vendor  in order to get every square filled.  The card must be filled to be eligible for the door prize drawings.   We are hopeful that this activity will create more opportunities for your interaction with the attendees. We hope that all vendors will participate in this fun event.

WELCOME BAGS LANYARDS/NAMEBADGES You are invited to contribute welcome bags, lanyards/name badges and/or other promotional items for the welcome bags.    If you would like to contribute an item, please co-ordinate with Jill Trapp.
