During this three-hour course, Shane Clancy will discuss
information security and how it is impacting businesses today.  He will use the experiences gained through a
career of both attacking and defending computer networks to illustrate the
common weaknesses exposed by attackers from both outside and inside your
company.  During this discussion he will
address risk assessments (as specified by ALTA), the differences between
compliance and security, as well as the lifecycle of an ALTA audit.  Participants should expect to gain knowledge
that can be immediately applied to their own businesses.  Active interaction between the speaker and
the audience is encouraged.
