Are you ready to play the Grand Title & Escrow Game!!!, where teams will compete for a chance to become the next champion of all things title and escrow in the State of Tennessee?  This interactive course will take a look at all three facets of the title and escrow process from the review of title and issuance of the title commitment, to the closing table, and all the way to the final issuance of the title policy.  The course will offer attendees an opportunity to polish up on their knowledge of title to real estate, as well as a look at the practical side of closings and the issuance of title insurance.  Teams will be presented with real life scenarios and will work together in identifying various title and closing issues.  Teams will accrue points in three rounds with the winning team being crowned the champion of the inaugural GRAND TITLE & ESCROW GAME!!!  The presentation and course materials are aimed at assisting Tennessee closing/title agents in proactively identifying common title issues, learning how to troubleshoot and work through issues presented at closing, and the proper issuance of title policies, all in an effort to reduce the probability of title insurance claims.
