Help Wanted: State Manager/Agency Representative – Title Insurance Underwriter (Sales-Focused)
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a background in title insurance? We are a regional title insurance underwriter with 70+ years of experience, known for our personalized service, strong underwriting support, and commitment to independent agents. We are seeking a State Manager for the State of Tennessee to drive agency growth, expand market share, and build strong partnerships with title agents. This is a high-impact role with a strong emphasis on business development and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow agency relationships and increase premium revenue.
Identify and onboard new title agents while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
Provide sales training, coaching, and marketing support to agency partners.
Collaborate closely with the State Underwriting Counsel to ensure agents receive expert guidance on complex transactions and underwriting matters.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate new business.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and underwriting guidelines while driving sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and business development within the title insurance industry.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in title insurance, with a focus on agency development or underwriting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
